This flu season looks intense, and elderberry syrup is one of my go-to natural remedies to prevent or fight the flu. These gummy bears pack the immune-boosting power of elderberry syrup along with the gut-friendly benefits of gelatin, making them a tasty way to fend off illness.

My kids absolutely love these! That’s why some in the picture above look a bit rough—little hands couldn’t resist touching them while I was trying to snap some photos!
